I bought two of these, one for me and one for my cousin. There was an issue, I was only sent one doll, but I sent an email and they responded quickly and send the second one at no extra charge. Customer service is a 10/10. As for the doll, he is absolutely adorable! He's the perfect size to take everywhere and the embroidery on him is spectacular! There's no fraying or stray strings, very well crafted. I can't wait to see what else she comes out with!

Ok, I always wanted it and when I saw the sale I didn't think twice. Now I have the cutest Rengoku plush in the world. It's beautifully made, well finished and with a lot of care. Thank you very much.

As an autistic person, textures and fabrics are a big thing for me and lil Rengoku is so soft and the fabric is really good quality. His outfits are really cute too and I carry him everywhere with me :) He's just too adorable and I love him so much!! I'll be buying more outfits for him as well >w<
