Shipping policy
Our order processing time is currently 7-14 days. Processing time refers to the time between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by us. You will receive a shipping notification when we print out your shipping label. Once your order is shipped, please allow 5-10 business days for USPS to deliver your package. International packages may take longer to deliver.
Once your package leaves our premises, the liability is between you and USPS. All orders come with a tracking number, so we will do our best to help you locate your package. In the case where the tracking states that it is delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS to file a claim. If your package is returned back to us due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for paying the re-ship fees.
We are not responsible for lost, held, or stolen packages. Please make sure to enter the correct address when placing an order. We will ship your order to the address you provided. The buyer has a responsibility to ensure that the address they provided is correct. We will not be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If your address is incorrect, please email customerservice@agi-jagi-shop.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has not shipped yet, we can change the address for you.
Please note that all international orders are subject to their own taxes and customs fees. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or tax tariffs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
UK SHIPPING: Agi Jagi Shop LLC will not be collecting or submitting VAT at checkout. Due to the new VAT/Brexit regulations established on Jan 1st, 2021 for the UK, please be aware that you may have to pay a 20% fee or more to be able to get your package. Please expect your package to be held at customs until you pay the VAT and custom fees.
