When will I receive my order?
Once you place your order, we will do our best to ship it out right away. All US orders ship USPS First Class Mail with a delivery time of 7-10 business days. All international orders ship USPS First Class International Package Service with an estimated delivery time of 10-20 business days (delivery time may vary based on destination.)

Which plushies will be coming to Agi Jagi Shop in the future?
You can find the plushies joining the Agi Jagi Shop family on our "Coming Soon" page. I also post updates on Patreon (www.patreon.com/AgiJagiShop) where you will get to see sneak peeks of all the future designs and products coming to Agi Jagi Shop and come with me on my journey to make plushies, pins, and other cute products!

When will ______ be restocked?
I will always restock an item if there is enough interest for it. Sometimes I will do interest checks on Instagram, so be sure to follow me on there: @agi.jagi.shop

When will new products be up for sale in your shop?
I always post new product ideas and samples on my Patreon. You can see all of them on www.patreon.com/AgiJagiShop. I will also sometimes post new product updates on my Instagram @agi.jagi.shop so be sure to follow me on there!

Do you accept plushie commissions?
We unfortunately do not take plushie commissions, but we do plan on making many more plushies of different anime characters. We hope you’ll find one of your favorites in our future releases.

Do you ship to the EU?
Unfortunately we do not ship to the EU at this time due to the new laws on shipping toys there. We are currently looking into this and hope to be able to ship our plushies there in the future!

The order I received is incorrect.
Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will get it fixed for you right away!

My package has been lost. What should I do?
Please make sure to enter the correct address when you place an order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost. Once your package leaves our premises, we are not responsible for them since USPS is a shipping service that you agreed to allow us to send for you. Once we shipped out your package, the liability is between you and USPS. All orders come with a tracking number, so we will do our best to help you locate the package. In the case where the tracking states that it is delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS to file a claim. If your package is returned back to us due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for paying the RE-SHIP fees. Once the package has left Agi Jagi Shop and is received by USPS and a tracking number has been sent, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please contact the USPS customer support helpline. Do you accept returns or refunds?
We do not accept returns and refunds unless the merchandise is defective. All sales are considered final. If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at customerservice@agi-jagi-shop.com. Also, please let us know if you have any questions. We try our best to work with our customers and provide full customer satisfaction.When will my order arrive? Please allow 7-14 days for processing time. You will receive a shipping notification when we print out your label. Once your order is shipped, please allow 2-10 business days for USPS to deliver your package! Thank you so much!

I accidentally put the wrong address!
Please email customerservice@agi-jagi-shop.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has not shipped yet, we can change the address for you.The tracking says my package has been delivered, but I haven't received my package! In the case where the tracking states that the package has been delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS to file a claim. I think my package is lost. Can you help me?
The first thing we recommend is to track your order. Please understand that USPS has been experiencing many issues recently and therefore, they are experiencing major delays! In addition to that, some USPS drivers will prescan packages to meet daily quotas and then drop off the package at a later date. Sometimes the packages will show up a few days after the scan date. We apologize for this inconvenience and understand how frustrating it is. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do to speed up the process. If your package still does not arrive in 2 weeks, please let us know and we will be more than happy to help you investigate further.
