Deepspace Spooktacular: A Love and Deepspace Halloween Event

Join us for Deepspace Spooktacular, a special 18+ Love and Deepspace Halloween celebration on Saturday, October 17th!

We’re transforming the evening into a spooky and fun night filled with Love and Deepspace themed activities, games, crafts, shopping, Halloween fun, and a dance party to finish off the night!

EVENT DETAILS

Date: Saturday, October 17, 2026

Main Event: 2 PM – 7 PM

Halloween Dance Party: 7 PM – 9 PM

Location: Embassy Suites by Hilton Plainfield - Ballroom C

Admission: $50 per person

Age Requirement: 18+ ONLY

Your $50 ticket includes both the 2 PM – 7 PM main event AND the 7 PM – 9 PM Halloween Dance Party. No separate ticket is required for the dance party.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

This is an 18+ event. All attendees must be 18 years of age or older to attend. As Love and Deepspace continues to introduce more mature themes and content, all private Agi Jagi Shop Love and Deepspace events will be 18+. This change allows us to create an experience that better reflects the direction of the game while giving our community the freedom to enjoy the event together in an adult-only environment.

No one under the age of 18 will be permitted to attend, even if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested at check-in to verify your age. Please be prepared to show identification if requested.

🚫 NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS

No outside food or beverages of any kind are permitted inside the event space.

This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Water bottles
2. Reusable water bottles
3. Cups or tumblers
4. Coffee
5. Soda
6. Energy drinks
7. Alcohol
8. Snacks
9. Homemade food
10. Store-bought food
11. Desserts or treats

Please do not bring food or drinks into the event space. This policy is required by our venue and applies to all attendees without exception.

BAG CHECK AT ENTRY

Bag checks will be conducted at the entrance.

All bags and personal belongings are subject to inspection before entering the event space.

If you arrive with a prohibited food or beverage item, you will be required to remove it from the event space before you can enter.

We know this policy may be inconvenient, but we greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us respect the venue hosting our event.

EVENT SCHEDULE

2 PM – 7 PM: DEEPSPACE SPOOKTACULAR

The main event runs from 2 PM – 7 PM and includes all of our Halloween-themed activities, games, crafts, cosplayer interactions, shopping, and more!

You’ll be able to explore the event at your own pace and participate in the activities that interest you most.

7 PM – 9 PM: HALLOWEEN DANCE PARTY

Once the main event comes to an end, we’re turning up the music for a special Love and Deepspace Halloween Dance Party! The dance party is included with your admission and will run from 7 PM – 9 PM. Dancing is completely optional. You’re welcome to dance, socialize, take photos, hang out with friends, or simply enjoy the atmosphere.

MEET THE LADS COSPLAYERS

One of the most exciting parts of Deepspace Spooktacular will be getting to meet our featured Love and Deepspace cosplayers! You’ll have opportunities to chat, take photos, and enjoy special character interactions throughout the event. Please remember that our cosplayers are people, guests, and performers. We ask everyone to be respectful of their personal boundaries.

Please:

1. Ask before taking posed photos.
2. Ask before touching a cosplayer, their costume, props, or belongings.
3. Respect personal space.
4. Follow requests from the cosplayer or their handler.
5. Follow all instructions from event staff.

Inappropriate comments, unwanted touching, harassment, or behavior that makes a cosplayer uncomfortable will not be tolerated. Please remember: COSPLAY IS NOT CONSENT!

HALLOWEEN COSTUMES & COSPLAY

Cosplay is absolutely welcome and encouraged!

Come dressed as your favorite Love and Deepspace character, your MC, favorite Halloween character, or simply wear something fun and festive!

For everyone’s safety, event staff and venue staff reserve the right to restrict costumes, props, accessories, or other items that could reasonably:

1. Cause injury
2. Damage property
3. Obstruct walkways
4. Interfere with event activities
5. Create a safety concern

Any cosplay props that could reasonably be mistaken for a real weapon may be restricted or prohibited. Please do not bring real weapons or dangerous objects into the event.

MERCHANDISE

Agi Jagi Shop will have a selection of Love and Deepspace merchandise available for purchase during the event. Merchandise is subject to availability, and some items may sell out during the event.

TICKET & RSVP POLICY

By purchasing a ticket for Deepspace Spooktacular, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Each ticket is valid for one attendee.
2. All attendees must be 18 years of age or older.
3. Your ticket grants admission to the main event from 2 PM – 7 PM and the Halloween Dance Party from 7 PM – 9 PM.
4. The dance party is included with your ticket.
5. Please bring your ticket confirmation and/or QR code to check-in.
6. Your ticket may not be used by multiple people.
7. Tickets are limited and may sell out.
8. Event admission does not include hotel accommodations, transportation, food, beverages, or merchandise purchases.
9. Activities, giveaways, prizes, cosplayer appearances, and schedules may be subject to change.
10. Some activities and giveaways may have limited quantities.
11. Agi Jagi Shop reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event when necessary.

BAG CHECK & PROHIBITED ITEMS

For the safety of our attendees, staff, cosplayers, and venue, bag checks will be conducted at entry. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to have your bag or belongings inspected if requested by event staff.

The following are not permitted inside the event space:

1. Outside food
2. Outside beverages
3. Water of any kind
4. Alcohol brought from outside the venue
5. Weapons
6. Dangerous objects
7. Items that could cause injury or damage
8. Any item prohibited by the venue

If you arrive with a prohibited item, you will be required to remove it before entering.

Agi Jagi Shop reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who refuses to comply with the bag check or prohibited-item policy.

REFUND POLICY

Please read this section carefully before purchasing your ticket.

1. Tickets are refundable only if you contact Agi Jagi Shop at least 5 days before the event date.
2. Refund requests made within 5 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
3. No-shows are non-refundable.
4. Once the refund deadline has passed, all ticket sales are final.
5. If you choose not to attend, no refund will be issued after the deadline.
6. If you choose not to participate in certain activities, no partial refund will be provided.
7. Tickets cannot be exchanged for merchandise, cash, or credit.

Because event capacity is limited, we strongly encourage you to make sure you are able to attend before purchasing your ticket.

EVENT CONDUCT

We want Deepspace Spooktacular to be a fun, welcoming, and comfortable environment for everyone. By attending, you agree to treat fellow attendees, cosplayers, staff, volunteers, hotel employees, and other guests with respect. Agi Jagi Shop reserves the right to remove an attendee from the event without refund for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful.

This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Harassment
2. Bullying
3. Intimidation
4. Unwanted physical contact
5. Sexual harassment
6. Inappropriate comments or behavior
7. Fighting
8. Threatening behavior
9. Excessive intoxication
10. Theft
11. Property damage
12. Entering restricted areas
13. Repeatedly ignoring staff instructions
14. Interfering with event activities
15. Disrespectful behavior toward cosplayers
16. Any behavior that creates an unsafe or hostile environment

If an attendee is removed from the event, they will not be entitled to a refund.

ALCOHOL & INTOXICATION

Deepspace Spooktacular is an 18+ event, but attendees are still expected to behave responsibly and follow all venue policies and applicable laws.

Outside alcohol is not permitted inside the event space.

If alcoholic beverages are available through the hotel, all purchases and consumption must follow the hotel’s policies and applicable laws. Agi Jagi Shop does not provide alcohol as part of event admission. Anyone who becomes excessively intoxicated, disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe may be removed from the event without refund.

HOTEL & VENUE RULES

This event is being held at Embassy Suites by Hilton Plainfield. All attendees must follow both Agi Jagi Shop event policies and all venue policies. Please respect the hotel, its employees, guests, and property. Attendees may only access areas of the hotel that are permitted for event guests. Do not enter restricted areas or areas designated for hotel guests or staff unless you are otherwise authorized to do so. Any attendee who damages hotel property may be held financially responsible for resulting costs.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please keep track of your personal belongings throughout the event. Agi Jagi Shop, its owner, staff, volunteers, cosplayers, and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Phones
2. Wallets
3. Bags
4. Costumes
5. Cosplay props
6. Merchandise
7. Trading items
8. Jewelry
9. Electronics

Please do not leave valuable belongings unattended. If you find an item that does not belong to you, please turn it in to event staff.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

Photography and video will take place throughout the event for promotional, social media, and event recap purposes. By attending Deepspace Spooktacular, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or videos taken during the event. Content may be shared by Agi Jagi Shop through social media, websites, promotional materials, advertisements, event recaps, and other marketing platforms. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify an Agi Jagi Shop staff member when you arrive. When photographing or recording other attendees and cosplayers, please be respectful and ask for permission before taking posed photos.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Please do not attend if you are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness.

Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety while participating in the event.

Please follow all instructions provided by event staff and hotel staff. If you experience an emergency or require medical assistance, immediately notify event staff or venue personnel. In the event of an emergency or evacuation, all attendees must follow the instructions of hotel and event staff.

ACCESSIBILITY & ACCOMMODATIONS

We want everyone to be able to enjoy Deepspace Spooktacular as comfortably as possible.

If you require an accessibility accommodation or have an accessibility-related question, please contact Agi Jagi Shop before the event so we can do our best to assist you. Please keep walkways, exits, and designated accessibility areas clear throughout the event.

ACTIVITIES & LIMITED SUPPLIES

We’ve packed Deepspace Spooktacular with lots of activities, but not every activity will necessarily be available for the entire event.

Certain activities may have:

1. Limited supplies
2. Limited capacity
3. Specific participation times
4. Scheduled breaks
5. Participation limits

We recommend arriving early if there is something specific you are especially excited about!

Participation in the event does not guarantee that every attendee will be able to participate in every activity multiple times.

EVENT EXPERIENCE & WAIT TIMES

This is a large fan celebration, and some activities may be more popular than others.

There may be lines or wait times for:

1. Cosplayer interactions
2. Photo opportunities
3. Activity stations
4. Shopping
5. Other popular attractions

Please be patient with our staff, volunteers, cosplayers, and fellow attendees as we work to keep everything organized and moving smoothly. We will do our best to make sure everyone has an enjoyable experience!

EVENT CHANGES & COSPLAYER CHANGES

We have put a lot of time and planning into Deepspace Spooktacular, but unforeseen circumstances can sometimes occur. Event activities, schedules, featured cosplayers, performers, and other programming are subject to change. If a specific cosplayer is unable to attend due to illness, emergency, travel issues, or circumstances outside of our control, their absence will not automatically qualify attendees for a refund. Agi Jagi Shop will communicate significant changes whenever reasonably possible.

EVENT CANCELLATION

In the unlikely event that the event must be canceled or significantly changed due to circumstances outside of Agi Jagi Shop’s reasonable control, information regarding refunds, rescheduling, or other available options will be communicated to ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible. Agi Jagi Shop is not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, transportation disruptions, venue emergencies, power outages, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

LIABILITY & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

By purchasing a ticket and attending Deepspace Spooktacular, you acknowledge that participation in a large event involving crowds, games, crafts, dancing, costumes, cosplay, and movement throughout the venue may involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume responsibility for your own participation and belongings. Agi Jagi Shop, its owner, staff, volunteers, cosplayers, contractors, and the venue are not responsible for:

1. Personal injury
2. Illness
3. Accidents
4. Lost belongings
5. Stolen belongings
6. Damaged belongings
7. Damage to costumes or props
8. Personal disputes between attendees
9. Issues resulting from failure to follow event or venue rules

Attendees are responsible for exercising reasonable care and following all safety instructions.

Please make sure you understand the following before purchasing your ticket:
