Join us for an afternoon celebrating 20 years of Ouran High School Host Club!

Agi Jagi Shop is bringing Ouran fans together for a special fan event to celebrate Ouran's 20th year anniversary! Throughout your 2.5-hour time slot, you’ll have the chance to meet the Host Club members, Renge, and Nekozawa, take photos with the cosplayers, make your own Ouran-inspired bracelet, decorate Polaroids, write a letter to your favorite Host, browse Ouran merchandise, and more! Every ticket comes with an exclusive event goodie bag!

Please Note: This is a casual fan event centered around celebrating Ouran High School Host Club with cosplayers, fun activities, photo opportunities, shopping, and fellow fans. While complimentary snacks and refreshments will be available, this is not a formal dining or tea party experience, and food will not be served as a meal.

Tickets: $35 per time slot

This is an all-ages fan event, so guests of all ages are welcome to attend.

Each ticket includes admission to your selected 2.5-hour time slot and an exclusive event goodie bag.

Each time slot is limited to 50 guests.

Choose between two 2.5-hour time slots:

1:00 PM – 3:30 PM

3:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Your ticket is only valid for the time slot selected at checkout, so please double-check your selection before completing your purchase.

✦ MEET THE COSPLAYERS

The Host Club will be joined by Renge and Nekozawa for an afternoon of character interactions and photo opportunities.

♡ First 1.5 Hours — Individual Photos & Interaction

Guests will have the opportunity to chat, interact with, and take individual photos with the Host Club members, Renge, and Nekozawa.

♡ Last Hour — Group Photos

Enjoy group photo opportunities with the Host Club members, Renge, and Nekozawa. Gather your friends and capture a photo together before your time at the Host Club comes to an end!

Please note: Photo opportunities and character interactions are shared among all guests in your time slot. Wait times may occur. Phone photos are free, while polaroids will be $5 each!

We’ve prepared a variety of activities for guests to enjoy throughout their time slot. We will do our best to provide enough supplies for everyone, but participation in a specific activity or receiving a specific item cannot be guaranteed if supplies run out.

This is a shared fan experience, and some activities may be more popular than others.

Please be patient with staff, volunteers, cosplayers, and fellow guests as we work to keep everything running smoothly.

✦ PHOTOGRAPHY & COSPLAYER ETIQUETTE

Photography and video may take place throughout the event for promotional, social media, and event recap purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or videos taken during the event.

Content may be shared by Agi Jagi Shop through social media, websites, promotional materials, advertisements, event recaps, and other marketing platforms.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify an Agi Jagi Shop staff member when you arrive.

When photographing or interacting with cosplayers:

✦ Ask before taking posed photos.

✦ Ask before touching a cosplayer, costume, prop, or personal belongings.

✦ Respect personal space and boundaries.

✦ Follow instructions from cosplayers and event staff.

✦ EVENT CONDUCT

We want this celebration to be a fun, welcoming, and comfortable environment for everyone.

By attending, you agree to treat fellow attendees, cosplayers, staff, volunteers, and other guests with respect.

Agi Jagi Shop reserves the right to remove an attendee without refund for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful.

This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Harassment
2. Bullying
3. Intimidation
4. Unwanted physical contact
5. Sexual harassment
6. Inappropriate comments or behavior
7. Fighting
8. Threatening behavior
9. Theft
10. Property damage
11. Entering restricted areas
12. Repeatedly ignoring staff instructions
13. Interfering with event activities
14. Disrespectful behavior toward cosplayers
15. Any behavior that creates an unsafe or hostile environment

✦ PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please keep track of your personal belongings throughout the event. Agi Jagi Shop, its owner, staff, volunteers, and cosplayers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. This includes phones, wallets, bags, costumes, cosplay props, merchandise, jewelry, and electronics. Please do not leave valuable belongings unattended. If you find an item that does not belong to you, please turn it in to event staff.

✦ AGE AND GUARDIAN POLICY

This is an all-ages event. Guests 14 years and older are welcome to attend independently and do not need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Guests 13 years and younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Any parent or guardian who wishes to enter and remain at the event must purchase their own ticket, as all guests entering the event count toward our 50-person capacity per time slot.

Every person entering the event must have a valid ticket, regardless of age.

✦ HEALTH & SAFETY

Please do not attend if you are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness. Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety while participating in the event. If you experience an emergency or require assistance, immediately notify event staff.

✦ EVENT & COSPLAYER CHANGES

We have put a great deal of time and planning into this celebration, but unforeseen circumstances can sometimes occur. Event activities, schedules, featured cosplayers, and other programming are subject to change. If a specific cosplayer is unable to attend due to illness, emergency, travel issues, or circumstances outside of our control, their absence will not automatically qualify attendees for a refund. Agi Jagi Shop will communicate significant changes whenever reasonably possible.

✦ TICKETS & REFUNDS

Tickets are $35 per guest per time slot.

Each ticket admits one guest to the 2.5-hour time slot selected at checkout.

Please double-check your selected time slot before completing your purchase.

Tickets are non-refundable due to a guest’s inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, illness, or other personal circumstances.

Want to stay for both time slots? You’re welcome to purchase a ticket for each time slot and enjoy the event for the full afternoon.

When you arrive, please have your TicketSpot ticket or QR code ready on your phone so our staff can scan it at check-in. Once your ticket is scanned, you’ll receive your event goodie bag.

✦ EVENT CANCELLATION

In the unlikely event that the event must be canceled or significantly changed due to circumstances outside of Agi Jagi Shop’s reasonable control, information regarding refunds, rescheduling, or other available options will be communicated to ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible.

Agi Jagi Shop is not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, transportation disruptions, venue emergencies, power outages, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

✦ LIABILITY & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you acknowledge that participation in an event involving crowds, crafts, food, cosplay, photography, and movement throughout the venue may involve inherent risks.

You voluntarily assume responsibility for your own participation and belongings.

Agi Jagi Shop, its owner, staff, volunteers, and cosplayers are not responsible for personal injury, illness, accidents, lost or stolen belongings, damage to costumes or props, personal disputes between attendees, or issues resulting from failure to follow event rules or staff instructions.

Attendees are responsible for exercising reasonable care and following all safety instructions.
