I placed an order with this store, and it has been a very frustrating experience. The package was coming from North America to Spain, so I knew it would take some time, but I trusted the tracking updates. However, the tracking page indicated that a delivery attempt was made on February 13th, which is completely false. I never received any notice, email, SMS, or even a slip in my mailbox informing me of this attempt.
To make matters worse, the package was returned to the store without giving me any option to pick it up or reschedule the delivery. I contacted customer service to find a solution, but so far, I haven't received any response.
I’m very disappointed with the shipping management and lack of communication. I hope they provide a solution soon, but for now, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

The material is very soft, the stitching is very clean and nice, super easy to put on, stays on very nicely as well.
