Waves and Wings Day: A Rafayel and Sylus Birthday Cupsleeve Event

Join us for Waves and Wings Day, a special Rafayel and Sylus birthday cupsleeve celebration! Come enjoy our special themed menu, shop for cute LADS merch, and meet the birthday boys!

By reserving a ticket for this event, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Each ticket is valid for one 2-hour time slot. Guests may purchase multiple time slots if they wish to attend longer.

• RSVP is required to attend. Please bring your ticket QR code for check-in.

• Goodie bags are included with each ticket and must be claimed in person by the ticket holder. Goodie bags cannot be claimed for someone else.

• Tickets are refundable only if you notify the organizer at least 5 days before the event. After that, no refunds will be issued.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the organizer.

Each RSVP goodie bag includes an exclusive set of 10 unique LADS items featuring Rafayel and Sylus! Everyone will receive a custom bag, cup sleeve, photo card, and menu. You’ll also get to choose between either the Dragon Sylus bundle or the Mermaid Rafayel bundle when you arrive at the event! Each bundle includes an acrylic keychain, bookmark, two buttons, a postcard, and a mini print. Please note you can only receive 1 bundle per RSVP.

Note: There will be a cosplayer break from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM, during which there will be no meet & greet.

Event Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By reserving a ticket, RSVP’ing, or attending this event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are subject to updates, and participation in the event indicates acceptance of the most current version.

2. Ticket and RSVP Policy

• This is a ticketed event with assigned time slots.

• Each ticket is valid only for the selected time slot.

• A valid confirmation is required at check-in to participate and receive your goodie bag.

• Goodie bags must be claimed in person and cannot be picked up on behalf of others.

• No items will be shipped under any circumstances.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available if you notify the organizer at least 5 days before the event date, allowing your time slot to be released to another guest.

• Refund requests made within 5 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• Refunds are issued at the discretion of the organizer and are intended to ensure event spots are filled fairly.

4. Event Conduct

We strive to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for everyone. The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee without refund for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful, including but not limited to:

• Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward guests, staff, or cosplayers

• Failure to follow event guidelines or staff instructions

• Damage to venue property

5. Liability and Personal Responsibility

By attending this event, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation. The organizer, venue, staff, and volunteers, are not responsible for:

• Injury, illness, or accidents

• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items

Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and personal safety at all times.

6. Health and Safety

• Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell.

• The organizer reserves the right to enforce safety measures required by the venue or local guidelines.

7. Photography and Media

By attending this event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional or recap purposes. Content may be shared on social media or marketing platforms. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the organizer upon arrival.

8. Minors

Guests under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of minors in their care.

9. Event Changes or Cancellations

The organizer is not responsible for changes or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond control, including severe weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, updates will be communicated as clearly as possible.

10. Outside Food and Drinks

To respect the venue and their policies, outside food and drinks are not permitted at this event. This includes homemade or store-bought items such as cookies, cupcakes, or beverages.

We truly appreciate the kindness and generosity behind these offers, but all food and drinks must be purchased directly from the venue. Thank you for understanding and helping us support the space hosting us.
